Shipping policy

For prevention of fraud and theft, THE MOUNT SMOKE SHOP ships only to the billing address of the Debit/Credit card (Billing & Shipping address must be same) used for payment. If you want us to deliver the order to a different address, please select Interac E-Transfer as your payment option.

Shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

We have right to cancel your order any time in the process:

Due to product availability.

Incase of wrong description or price of the product.

Customer cannot change or cancel the order once it is shipped. In this case there is no refund or return accepted.

we have the right to reverse the change in description, price and availability without the prior notice. We are trying our best to update the products in time, there might be delays in such condition.

You can expect to receive your order within 1-10 business days after it has been shipped.

Local pickup orders will be prepped and ready for you the same day.

Please bring your confirmation email and ID when you come to collect your local pickup order.
