Refund and Returns Policy

Disposables and Pods doesn’t come with any warranty or guarantee.

No refund or return on vaping products.

E-cigarettes(E-cig devices) and Vaporizers comes with manufacture warranty only. Save the receipt, box and accessories to get the company warranty.

Note: Any physical damage on device would effect the warranty of the product.

Refund: online purchased items should be returned only in original packaging, even if the seal or package is broken there is no refund or return.

If any customer provides incorrect shipping details, there is no refund in this case.

20% restocking fee is applied on returned products.

Customer should bare both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

Store should receive the item unopened for refund process to start. it may take couple billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.

It is always better to use trackable shipping method when returning products through mail.
